Do we reincarnate?

Hello all.

First, let me say I do believe in reincarnation, but the total picture and impact eludes me, so I ask:

Do we really reincarnate, and if so why and how do we know?

If we reincarnate, are we earth-bound or can we reincarnate to other places - also why and how do we know?

If we reincarnate, do we share a new life with people that we lived with before, or do we share new experiences with different people? And how do we know?

Do we all always reincarnate, or do we stop at a point? If we stop, then where do we go, why and how do we know?

Are we man or woman or actually sexless in the spiritual world?

If you're a sceptic, then I suppose I must ask: does the spiritual world really exist, and if so, why and how do we know?

If human beings reincarnate, is the same true for animals (at least then mammals which are in the same category as us - are we not all governed by the same universal laws and rules?) - same here: why and how do we know.

I see many mail of people discussing past lifes, some even claiming to remember theirs. My question is: If one seemingly remember a previous life, how do they know it is a previous life and not just a dream and can most prove the existence of that life?

In some cases, regression hypnosis seem to be able to help a person to remember a past life - but is that really a past life being remembered or is it the power of suggestion that allows the person to make up such a life?

If reincarnation exist, why is it that some people seem to have the ability to contact the dead / speak to spirits?

When we visit a place for the first time and we have a feeling that we have been there before, does it indicate being there before in a previous life or does it relate to astral travel? Well, I suppose I can then also ask: is astral travel real or imagination?

Do you think the soul is an Eternal being? Or are souls "born", which might explain why so many more seem to be popping up of late... a celestial baby boom?
